Terms and Conditions of Sale

2.1 Description

The products offered are those appearing on the website on the day of the order. Boost Barber sells kits to accelerate beard growth, including serums, oils, dermapen rollers and associated accessories. They are described as accurately as possible. The visuals (photos, videos) are non-contractual.

2.2 Availability

Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability after ordering, we will inform you by email and offer you the choice of replacement, waiting, or refund.

3.1 Price

Prices are displayed in euros (€) including VAT, excluding delivery charges (unless otherwise indicated). Any delivery charges are indicated before final order validation.

3.2 Payment

Payment is due immediately. The order is validated after payment acceptance. In case of refusal, the order may be cancelled.

3.3 Security

Payments are processed via secure providers. Boost Barber does not store any banking data.

4.2 Confirmation

A summary confirmation email is sent after validation (order number, products, amount, address, estimated delivery time). This email also contains a link to your 100-day guarantee space.

5.1 Zones

We deliver everywhere. Relay point delivery is offered when Mondial Relay is available for the destination. Otherwise, delivery is to your home.

5.2 Times

Once your order has been validated, a processing and shipping time of up to 72 working hours maximum should be expected before your package is dispatched.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Home delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
• Relay point delivery (Mondial Relay, if available): 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

These times are indicative. Delays related to carriers, customs controls (if applicable) or periods of high activity may occur. In case of any issues, please contact us: contact@boostbarber.com.

5.3 Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon dispatch of your order.

6.1 Deadline

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6.2 Conditions

To be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, the product must imperatively:

• Be returned in its intact original packaging, unopened and not unsealed
• Have never been used or opened
• Be accompanied by all its accessories and documents included in the kit

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, unsealed or partially used cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal.

6.3 Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@boostbarber.com indicating your order number.

6.4 Refund

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return (or proof of dispatch), using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless there is an error on our part.
